Watch as Kathryn Lubow, therapist (MFT, SEP) leads you through guided visualizations to realize your potential. And Bex, author and meditation coach, as she helps you sooth your nervous system.
3. GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR BODY
Natasya Ikbal, OBGYN helps you understand your body, how it works, answering the questions you're too afraid to ask. Bri Van Dyke, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, gives you specific exercises to unlock the power you hold inside you.
4. FEEL PLEASURE
Sarah Janosik, Sex Therapist, divulges the common questions she fields as a sex therapist, reminding us we are all normal and worthy of self love. She explores the what and whys of our beliefs.
And, after we'd learned until we couldn't learn no mo' (for today anyway :-)), we launched.
